They can be so cute, but oh! so destructive in the garden. These photos were taken at a friend's house, who throws out bird seed for the birds and the deer.
The fawns are so cute, and were very nervous so I had to take photos through the window so the quality is not so good.

While living in Montana I too loved it when the deer visited my yard. But when spring arrived I was no longer enjoying their visits. They ate every plant in site....even the lilacs. getting a dog helped slow the distruction a bit. And the mess they left behind was almost as bad as the turkey!
They are indeed cute. I hope they stay away from the gardens!
